Real Mandal is a digital mandal and savings-group management platform offered by GrowShadow Infotech. The service helps treasurers and members manage installments, loans, reminders, receipts, reports, and treasury visibility.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for ensuring authorized use by your mandal members.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Plans, billing, and trials

Paid features may require an active subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and plan limits are shown on our Pricing page and may change with notice where required.

Free trials or promotional access may be offered at our discretion and can be modified or withdrawn.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service.
• Do not upload malicious code or content that infringes third-party rights.
• You remain responsible for the accuracy of financial records entered for your mandal.

5. Your data and responsibilities

You retain ownership of mandal and member data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the service.

Real Mandal is a software tool. We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for compliance with local regulations governing savings groups and lending practices.

6. Intellectual property

All software, branding, design, and content provided by GrowShadow Infotech for Real Mandal remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the platform except as expressly permitted.

7. Service availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or events outside our control may cause temporary downtime.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless a higher limit is required by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or legal requirements. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Governing law
