Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription billing

Paid plans are billed in advance according to the billing cycle selected at checkout (for example, monthly or yearly). Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

2. Cancellation

• You may cancel renewal at any time from your account settings or by contacting support before the next billing date.
• After cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
• We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within an active billing period except where required by law.

3. Refund eligibility

Refunds may be considered within seven (7) days of first purchase for annual plans if the platform has not been materially used and no abuse is detected.

Duplicate charges, verified billing errors, or service unavailability caused solely by us may qualify for a refund or credit at our discretion.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible and may take several business days to appear.

4. Non-refundable items

• Third-party payment gateway fees or taxes already remitted.
• Promotional or discounted plans marked as non-refundable.
• Accounts terminated for violation of Terms & Conditions.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve billing issues quickly. Unfounded chargebacks may result in account suspension.
