This page explains how to request deletion of your Real Mandal account and associated personal data. Follow the email steps below carefully so we can verify and process your request.

Send an email to support@realmandal.com from your registered email address, or include your registered mobile number so we can verify ownership of the account.
After verification, we process deletion of your account and associated personal data linked to that account, including profile details used to identify you in the app.
Partial deletion (removing only some fields while keeping the account) is not available. A deletion request applies to the account as a whole.
Once we receive a valid deletion request, we aim to complete deletion within 90 days.
During processing we may deactivate your session / access so the account can no longer be used while deletion is completed.
If you stop using Real Mandal (inactive session / you are not actively using the account), we may deactivate access. Deactivation means you cannot use the account until you sign in again or contact support, and it is separate from a formal deletion request.
To permanently delete your account and data, you must still email support using the subject and body format above.
